Just to bring it full circle, Otto was originally a UFO: Enemy Unknown character before he found himself in NXE. There is naturally no Soviet Union in XCOM 2. I will try to update this one with newer skins if possible but there will be no more. There will be no more pools from me in both Vanilla and in WOTC, I am done. There will be an update to the pool to include the new armors of the Clone Expansion armory.
